ILFG will be held in June annually. The venue is not limited to Tokyo. Osaka, Fukuoka and Nagoya etc may also be the venues.
A longer stay in Japan will make it possible teams to play games at various cities and countries, such as Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto and also in China and Korea which are the rising lacrosse countries in Asia. The visiting teams have choices for place to stay. (hotel or home-stay) Participation is open to various teams.(e.g. Top team of 20, Whole team of 40)
JLA will be offering a package tour including the above choices and also will try to meet various requirements accordingly. Expense of the package tour may vary and JLA will try to be flexible in relation to fundraising.
For US College Teams, in addition to the training tours to UK, Canada, and Australia, JLA believes a training tour to Japan once every 4 years will be the best opportunity for mutual understanding and international cultural exchange. JLA, therefore, anticipates a discussion of 1-3year fundraise plans to make a training tour to Japan possible.
